At Oh Ramona, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
